Our jewelry pieces are made to order just for you. Because of this, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for those items. 

Upon receiving your order, if there is any damaged, defective, or missing items please Contact our support team at Support@dreamgiftsf.com. We ask that you provide us with a photo of the issue so that we can rectify the situation as quick as possible. These replacements items would be sent out at no additional cost to the buyer.
